Forever Fierce handles the apparel process from the first design concept through delivery: custom design with unlimited revisions and no art fees, complimentary garment samples, a private preorder webstore with payment collection, launch guidance, screen printing, fulfillment, free UPS shipping, and proactive follow-up.

The Apparel Plan

The Apparel Plan is a free, non-contractual planning system that maps 4–6 apparel drops per year around the moments that matter to each gym. It replaces reactive ordering with a clear calendar, seasonal timing, and proactive reminders. The planning call takes about 10–15 minutes, and the plan can be adjusted at any time.

The Preorder Model

Forever Fierce recommends a 7-day preorder window and does not recommend exceeding 10 days. Members order and pay through a private webstore before production begins. We print only what was sold, so the gym does not front money for inventory, guess at sizes, or get stuck with unsold products.

We believe gym apparel should strengthen community identity, produce a healthy margin, and require as little owner time as possible. The system is built to support all three.
