Below, we answer some of our most frequently asked questions about the plan:

Is it contractual? Am I locked into this plan for the year?

Nope. Did something pop up? Did you cancel an event? No problem. We can push something back or move something up or simply skip it. 

Is it free?

Yes. 

Is this plan the same for every client? 

NO! We tailor this plan to your needs. We will give our recommendations on some great ideas that are sure to be popular with your group. Overall, you know your members best and each gym is unique with the apparel they offer throughout the year. 

How long does it take?

A 10-15 minute phone call is all it takes to have apparel planned out for the entire year. On the call, we’ll set an ideal order size, go over our best strategies, and plan out the year.

Who follows up with who?

We follow up with you. Just sit back, relax, and we’ll be in touch during the first week of the month we have something planned. 

Do I have to order something every month? 

NO! Most gyms order 3-6 times a year. We will give you our best recommendation on the ideal frequency for your gym. 

Why are you doing this?

You simply forget- it’s not a huge priority or you’re so busy with the gym. It’s an easy task to put off.

Nightmare scenarios- Working with inexperienced vendors in the past have traumatized you to the point of swearing off retail forever. 

An employee dropped the ball- You delegated the task to a coach who was looking to take on a new responsibility. Then, the coach decides to start up a strongman program in the middle of organizing an apparel order. When you ask about the apparel order, they tell you the strongman program is more important and no progress has been made.
