The Problem
Lucas was working with a local company that produced a good product — he had no complaints about quality. The problem was everything around it. In-person meetings to coordinate orders. A slow back-and-forth process. Too much of his time consumed by what should be a straightforward transaction.
"It was taking lots of time to go there, meet in person, and the process for an order was taking too much time."
When the process itself is the bottleneck, you end up running fewer orders per year. And fewer orders means less revenue and less momentum with your members.
The Switch
Lucas was worried that switching vendors meant sacrificing quality. His local company made great stuff — he just couldn't afford the time investment anymore.
"If the company we were using was too old school, their product was awesome so I would say not finding the same quality" was his main concern.
The Result
The quality held up — and the efficiency transformed his program.
"The process is super efficient, and your communication is excellent. You're straightforward while still being a good listener and understanding that your clients may be busy or under pressure. Overall, we have more orders simply by taking on more projects, especially as we become more consistent with it."
That's the key insight: when the process is easy, you do it more often. More drops per year means more revenue, more member engagement, and a stronger apparel culture in your gym.
"With FF, you'll get your time back through clear and efficient communication. They'll help you avoid overthinking your merch project, tell you what works and what doesn't, and coach you through the best marketing strategy. They're super fast and deliver a high-quality product!"
