Forever Fierce is a done-for-you custom apparel partner built exclusively for gym owners. We handle every step — design, sampling, preorders, printing, and fulfillment — so you can offer professional custom-branded merchandise to your members without spending a dollar upfront or managing the process yourself.
WHO THIS IS FOR
We work with gym owners, CrossFit affiliate owners, functional fitness studios, boutique fitness operators, and fitness community leaders. Whether you run a 50-member personal training studio or a 300-member CrossFit box, the system works the same way. Our clients are gym owners who want custom apparel to be a consistent profit center and community-building tool — not a side project they have to manage on top of everything else.
HOW THE DONE-FOR-YOU PREORDER SYSTEM WORKS
Step 1: Design. You tell us what you're looking for — a concept, a vibe, a rough sketch, or just "surprise me." Our design team creates fully custom artwork built around your gym's brand. We offer unlimited revisions with no art fees. Most designs go through 1-5 rounds of edits until they're exactly right.
Step 2: Samples. We ship complimentary garment samples to your gym so members can see and try on the actual products before they order. This is one of the most important steps — members who can touch the product are significantly more likely to buy. If the samples don't work, we swap them out at no charge.
Step 3: Preorder. We open a 7-10 day preorder window through your gym's private webstore (or you collect orders yourself). Members browse, select sizes, and pay online. We handle payment collection and order management. Every item is sold before a single shirt is printed.
Step 4: Production. Once the preorder window closes, we print the exact quantities ordered. Screen printing with commercial-grade inks that hold up for years — even under heavy gym use and frequent washing. Turnaround is approximately 2 weeks from order close to delivery.
Step 5: Delivery. Finished orders ship directly to your gym, sorted and ready for member pickup. You hand them out and collect compliments. That's it.
OUR GUARANTEE
If we make a mistake — a misprint, wrong size, damaged item — we replace it, no questions asked. Your members should never suffer because of a production error. We also guarantee your satisfaction with the design process. If you're not happy with a design, we keep working until you are. There's no cap on revisions and no charge for changes.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT FROM A PRINT SHOP
A print shop takes your design, prints it, and ships it. That's the extent of the relationship. Forever Fierce manages the entire process: we create the designs, send samples, build your webstore, help you plan your annual apparel calendar, provide marketing guidance, handle payment collection, and follow up proactively to keep you on schedule. The practical difference is time and results. With a print shop, you're the project manager. With us, you approve a design, share a link, and receive finished product at your door.

Q: How much does it cost to get started with Forever Fierce?
A: Nothing. There are no setup fees, no contracts, no art fees, and no recurring charges. You only pay for the apparel your members order — and you pay after the sale, not before.
Q: What if my gym is small — will this still work?
A: Yes. We work with gyms of all sizes. Even a 50-75 member gym can run a profitable apparel program with 3-4 well-marketed drops per year. Smaller communities often have tighter bonds, which can drive higher participation rates.
Q: How much profit can I expect from custom gym apparel?
A: A gym with 150 active members running 4 drops per year at 25% participation can realistically generate $3,500-5,000 in annual apparel profit. Even smaller gyms with 75 members can see $1,500-2,500 per year with a consistent plan.
Q: Do I need to have design skills or creative experience?
A: Not at all. Most of our clients rely on us for design work. You can provide a concept, pick from our best-seller templates, or just tell us the vibe you're going for. We handle the creative execution.
