Gym: The Strength Parlor
Owner: Cody Miller
Before: Counting hands in the gym, estimating inventory, ordering from a local company
After: High quality apparel with zero stress — planning, designing, and selling handled

The Problem
Cody's apparel process was about as old-school as it gets. He was literally counting hands at the gym — asking members who wanted a shirt, trying to estimate quantities from those informal polls, and placing orders with a local company based on guesswork.
The quality from the local vendor wasn't where he wanted it, and there was no system for collecting payment upfront. Members would say they wanted something, the order would get placed, and then the scramble to collect money would begin.
The Switch
When Cody first heard about the Forever Fierce model, his gut reaction was skepticism.
"I feared that there was some sort of 'catch' but was pleasantly surprised. Matt has been very professional, helpful and has allowed us to offer high quality apparel without the usual stress — planning, designing, selling."
That's the reaction we hear a lot from gym owners who are used to apparel being a headache. When someone tells you they'll handle the design, set up the store, collect payments, and ship orders labeled by name — it sounds too clean. Until you experience it.
The Result
Cody's first order set the tone.
"I only have experience with one order but it was superb. Shoot, every member order was individually wrapped so that was icing on the cake."
No more counting hands. No more guessing at inventory. No more chasing payments after the fact. Just a clean process that delivered a quality product.
His take for anyone still on the fence: "It's a no-brainer. Less time consuming, less stress and more visibility from more sales."
